ILLY THAILAND WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty Policy for illy Coffee Machines in Thailand

Effective Date: 01 Aug 2024

This Warranty Policy (“Policy”) applies to all Illy coffee machines (“Machine”) purchased from First Global Co. Ltd. within Thailand. The warranty coverage provided by First Global Co. Ltd. Warranty covers for coffee machines two (2) years from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”).

1. Warranty Coverage 
First Global Co., Ltd. warrants that the Machine sold shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the Warranty Period. The warranty covers repairs and replacements of faulty components and labour costs necessary to rectify any defects that occur under normal usage conditions.

This warranty is only applicable to coffee Machines sold in this ecommerce website by First Global Co. Ltd. machines purchased in Thailand from other sources /retail shops or distributors are covered by their own warranty policy that could be different from the one applied from direct purchase from this official e-commerce website.This Warranty Policy is subject to change without prior notice. 2. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damages or defects arising from:
– Misuse, abuse, or improper handling of the Machine.
– Use of the Machine for commercial purposes.
– Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
– Failure to follow the operating and maintenance instructions provided by the manufacturer.
– Accidental damages, acts of nature, or any other external causes beyond the control of First Global Co. Ltd.

3. Warranty Claim Procedure
To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must notify First Global Co, Ltd., within the Warranty Period. The purchaser should provide the following information:
– Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
– Model and serial number of the Machine.
– Detailed description of the defect or issue.

First Global Co. Ltd. will review the warranty claim and, at their discretion, may request the purchaser to return the defective Machine to an authorized service centre for inspection and repair.

4. Warranty Resolution
If the defect is covered under this warranty, First Global Co. Ltd. will, at their discretion:
– Repair the Machine using new or refurbished parts.
– Replace the Machine with a new or refurbished unit of equal or similar functionality.
– Refund the original purchase price of the Machine.

5. Limitations and Disclaimers
This warranty is non-transferable and only applicable to the original purchaser.

First Global Co. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Machine, including but not limited to loss of profits or revenue.

This warranty is only applicable to Machine sold by First Global Co. Ltd., the authorised distributor for online products of  illy caffè S.p.A., all coffee machines purchased from other source or  resellers or distributors are not covered by this warranty.

Please retain your original proof of purchase, as it will be required when making a warranty claim, without a proof of purchase ( invoice ) we cannot accept to verify the warranty claim.
