One of the most important secrets to making extraordinary coffee is preparing the right grind for your coffee. For espresso, you should use a fine grind, where as, Moka, Drip Coffee, and French press, we suggest the medium grind. For the most consistent grinding, we suggest using a burr grinder for illy Whole Bean coffee.
