Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping Information​

Under normal conditions, when merchandise is in stock, orders shipped by ground delivery and will arrive in approximately 3 to 5 business days. Shipments can be made within the Thailand only. To ensure 2nd day and next day delivery, orders must be placed by 11AM. All orders placed after 11AM will be processed the following business day. Your order will deliver within the days published as long as there are no issues processing your order. Please note business days are Monday to Friday and expedited orders must be processed before 11AM. Also excludes holidays and weekends.

Shipping Rates

Standard ground shipping is complimentary for coffee, coffee machines and accessories orders THB 2,500 or more. For coffee orders less than THB 2,500, shipping charges will apply according to our rate card.

Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel an order if the payment is not yet completed.

Shipping Policy

It is your responsibility to verify the quantity and condition of the merchandise upon delivery.

In case you observe damage or missing items, you must notify and file claim with the carrier and inform illy Thailand within 7 days after the delivery.

For return items, the coffee product need to be sealed and not open. If products are purchased in full boxes the return is accepted in full boxes only, partial returns are NOT allowed.

Return and refund has to be for the full quantity of products as per original order.

How to Process a Return​

  • Step 1: Call Customer Care at 093 815 9146 to get all instructions and written approval before sending back the products.
  • Step 2: Box up your items with the documents received from original shipping.
  • Step 3: Arrange the returned shipment at your own cost with local post/Kerry.

  • Step 4: Sent e-mail to us with the attached copy of the returned products and tracking no.
  • Step 5: All refunds will be processed in approximately 14 days after we receive the returned goods and approve from our office.
